Information you give us. When you request a community assessment or email us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number (optional), community or district name, community type, your role, and details about your community and its needs.
Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and provide basic visitor statistics, such as pages viewed, browser and device type, and general location.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host (Squarespace) and our email provider (Google Workspace), and only as needed for them to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Community reports and public records
Field review reports, photographs, and related records we prepare for a client community are provided to that community’s board and management team. If you represent a Community Development District (CDD), please be aware that communications with and records held by a CDD may be public records under Florida’s public records law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes).
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required for legal, tax, or recordkeeping reasons.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing info@communityadvisorygroup.com. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, although some site features may not work as intended.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for community board members, managers, and residents. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Our website links to outside sources, such as Florida statutes and agency websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
